Luminus Cleaning steadily grew as Laila navigated the Australian cleaning industry, learning about laws, cultural nuances, and operational practices. The COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent border closures disrupted Luminus Cleaning's growth trajectory, leading to a temporary pause in operations as the world went into isolation. However, this period of reflection allowed Laila to refine her vision for the company and strategize for the future.

With the reopening of borders and the resumption of normal activities, Luminus Cleaning experienced a resurgence as Laila's dream of establishing a solid and structured company reignited with renewed vigor.
